Q: Is this just dictation software?
A: No. While we can capture audio notes, Aidra is a Computer Vision platform. It “sees” what is in your video. It recognizes equipment (e.g., “HVAC Unit”), identifies defects (e.g., “Water intrusion”), and reads data tags (e.g., Serial/Model numbers) to build your asset registry automatically.

Q: Do I need to buy special 3D cameras or LiDAR scanners?
A: Absolutely not. Aidra is device agnostic. You can use the smartphone in your pocket, a GoPro, a drone, a 360° camera, or standard digital cameras. If it captures video or photos, Aidra can analyze it.
Q: Can it handle thermal imagery?
A: Yes. Our AI is trained to analyze thermal radiometric images to detect anomalies like moisture intrusion, electrical overheating, and insulation failures. It automatically reports temperature variances for compliance, damage reporting, and more.
Q: Do I need internet access while scanning?
A: You do not need internet to capture the data (since you are just recording video on your device). You only need an internet connection when you are ready to upload your footage to the Aidra platform for processing.

Q: Does Aidra integrate with my existing systems?
A: Yes. We are API-first. We can push asset data and condition reports directly into most major IWMS, CMMS, or EAM platforms, eliminating the need to manually type data from one system to another.
Q: Is my facility data secure?
